24 Hours to 3 Days
The first sunrise.
The earliest days of sobriety are about steadiness, not spectacle. Mark them quietly but deliberately — every clean morning is a milestone worth noticing.
Ways to celebrate
- Write a short note to your future self about why you started. Seal it and open it at 30 days.
- Step outside for the sunrise. Pause and breathe — you made it through the night.
- Tell one person you trust. Speaking it aloud makes it real.
- Start a simple streak counter on your phone or in the Renew Alumni app. Watching the number tick up is its own motivation.
